I wonder if anyone could provide me with a transcription of the will of Judge Benjamin Chadbourne who died 16 March 1799 in Berwick, York County, Maine.
My husband is a descendant of his first child, Mary Chadbourne aka Libby, an illegitimate daughter by a woman named Sarah, widow of Benjamin Libby. I would be interested to know if this daughter was included in the will of Judge Chadbourne.
