I seem to more information on the Machiasport area than on East Machias. I also checked " Marriage Returns of Washington County " a book from Picton Press. They also have the vital records for Maine towns on CD. A little site called Maine Genealogy is informative

My research is mostly in the Gouldsboro, Maine area but I worked on the Stuarts in Machiasport. I did come across a Timothy Parsons resident of Machias in the " Soldies, Sailors and Patriots of the Revolutionary War Maine" it just listed him as Patriotic Service, other sources (os-18, pg42) Kidder,Frederic " Military Operations In Eastern Maine And Nova Scotia During The Revolution" If I come across anything else I will certainly let you know.Feel free to ask.
Loretta
