Vital Records of Lubec Maine Prior to 1892 shows the following for the surname Howe:
pg 118 1829 (no month or day)Marriage Publishment for Charles F Howe and Jane P Reynolds he of Whiting
pg 157 10 Nov 1829 Marriage Howe, Charles F and Jane P Reynolds; he of Whiting

The only reference for Pearl Howe is that he performed a marriage:pg 157 02 Nov 1830 Hall, Peter and El--- Small; he of Whiting by Pearl Howe, Esq.

as for the Reynolds name there are over a 100 names in the index. Jane was probably born in Lubec. Please let me know if you desire any other specific information on the Reynolds family.
