Hi Sally...

I have Cyrus Sprague born 21 Aug 1846 in the Calais / Pembroke area. Father William Sprague, mother Tamar Clark from Dennysville. William was a son of James Sprague and Priscilla Noble, the sister of my gg grandfather, John.

I don't have any more information on Cyrus, but will now keep my eyes open for any.

As you have discovered, there are a lot of different Sprague families in Maine. I did run into Chris Sprague, a ggg grandson of James and Priscilla in Machias, ME last year. He told me a lot of the Spragues are not related to each other except in the old world...

Doug Noble
