Victoria,
You are referring to Luke Kelley jr. who was born in 1762 (the LDS says Lubec but that is wrong) and he died in 1832. This Luke Kelley is preceeded in area folklore by another Luke Kelley that fought at the Battle of Quebec in 1759. He lived next to Jean Francois Morang in Lubec (after 1772) who was at the Battle of Quebec as well but on the French side. This latter Luke Kelley was with Capt. Robert Wilson on Campobello in 1770 along with Capt. William Clark. Luke Kelley jr. probably was born in New Hampshire or Kittery since Luke went with Wilson and Kelley through out there endeavors. No vital information except a will with Samuel Huckins exist for this older Luke Kelley. I am familiar with whats in the Eastport Sentinel.
