Sarah Thompson, who married Lewis Call in Troy in Jan 1830, was first married to David Mitchell. David was in Joy, Maine from at least 1821-1828 in town and tax records. He seems to have died by June 1829 when Sally Mitchell paid taxes in Troy. They had 3 children: Lavinia b. abt 1823, Thomas J., b. abt 1826, and David Mitchell b. Oct 1829 after the death of his father.
I am not related to this family, but I am conducting research for someone about David Mitchell, Jr.
