Thanks for info. However,I don't think this is the Thomas Downs I'm looking for.
Was there another Thomas Downs in Frankfort at that time, who had 4 children under 10 in 1820 census? One son's name Noah, b ca 1819?
Or was that Thomas the same one that drowned 1821?
