Mitchells of Unity and Troy, ME

Looking for information on William Mitchell, his wife, Jane Snow (Jane E or Jennie) and their children (names, birthdates, anything). William died about 1821.

William and Jane owned land located westerly of Green's Corner in Troy. On Dec 10, 1810 he mortgaged the westerly part of Lot 4, Range 9, to Benjamin Joy for $314.36 plus interest. The deed was signed by William and his wife Jane; witnessed by John Smart and John Connally, and acknowledged before David Sewall, JP, on 25 Mar 1812.

In 1819 and 1820 William Mitchell paid tax in Troy, but he is not listed again. A David Mitchell shows up in 1822.

Does anyone know who this David Mitchell is, what happened to Jane or anything about their children? The original Mitchells in Unity and Troy are most likely related.

Any information would help.
