Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

The information I have on the Shorey families was copied from Maine Tombstones by Gertrude Lundberg (FHL Microfilm #0924599 (China Area). I am only incidentally interested in the Shorey families so their could be more in this record.
The entry for Hannah does not record her family name. Here is the citation:
SHOREY, Eugene M. died Apr. 26,1877 age 39yrs. 7 [mos.]-Vet CW/ Mary I. Wife of same 1847-1871. Hannah, w. of Franklin D. SHOREY died June 26, 1857 age 21-5-23.
I also checked the two early histories of Liberty in Waldo County and find no SHOREY references there. Sorry. HQ
