James MOODY b. Prospect, Waldo Co., ME c1817 - need info pls

Looking for the PARENTS of James Moody who was born c1817 in Prospect, Waldo Co., Maine who married Jane MASON.
Would also like her parents names as well if known.
This couple ended up in Weston, Aroostook Co., Maine and some of their children (I guess they are their children???) were listed as being born in New Brunswick, CAN in the 1860 census, but in the 1850 Weston census they were listed as being born in Maine.
There is a lot of peculiarities with James and his brother Benjamin's info in Weston so am wondering if anyone here knows any additional info on their Parents that might help me connect them properly.
