Bertwell/Ellen McKenzie 1928

HI, I am writing for my cousin.

Looking for this family- trying to find the other 5 siblings/relatives:

h- Bertwell McKenzie, b- Carmel, ME res- Bangor, ME, farmer-
w- Ellen Yonkers, b- Albany, NY, housewife
child # 6- Ruth Ann McKenzie b- July 1928 in Unity, ME
H.L. Trueworthy Unity MD
This is information off a birth certificate signed by BB Knight, clerk of Unity.

At 1.5 yrs old, she was raised by the Lagowski family of Savoy, MA.

Any suggestions of where I can look can be sent to lhendrix@capital.net I have tried the Family Search cds- current update, Ancestry.com- without census images, and have searched Genforum listings and emailed a few there. Also, what is a T-1 form??? It has the birth information but I am trying to figure out from where. ( It
had a space for a hospital name but none is listed.)
Does anyone know if there are records microfilmed for this area and time period - and what numbers they might be?? That way I can look at them. I appreciate any and all information- this is a brick wall and there's got to be something there- somewhere. Supposedly the father has died but I can't even find a death notice.

Thanks for all your help.
