Concord [once known as "Lost Nation"] is now an unorganized territory. There are no town officials. Everything is through the Somerset Co. Commissioners and State of Maine. Concord adjoins Embden, Solon & Bingham; all of which have historical societies that may have the info you're seeking. Good luck!
