Yes, Athens land records would be in Skowhegan. The Southside Cemetery is very large and I usually have to do the looking myself. The Colby Atlas for 1883 has no Parsons in Athens or Athens Village. Could they be in Skowhegan at that time? Why do you want the land records? What could they show that you need to know? They can be copied if you want.
