Are you starting from scratch and so need basic information or do you want gravestone information as another source for what you already have? It might be helpful if you give the approximate dates of the families you mentioned as it would depend in some cases on what part of the cemetery one might start to look (old versus new), Also if the first names are given especially in the case of the Smiths. There is a Lamb family in the Fairfield 1880 census. Have you checked that? There were Lancasters in Norrgidewock, which is right next to Fairfield. Have you checked that ? There are cemetery records in the Maine State Library that would give the same information as a visit to the cemetery.
