The marriage of Carloine Sprague is found in the-
Descendants of William Woodward of Bath, Maine with some account of His Ancestry- compiled by Frank E. Woodward, Malden, Mass.-
because her sister Hannah m. William Woodward.
This is found in the Maine Historical and Genealogical Recorder(1893)- Vol VII, Book of Eastern Claims- page 30.
It is as follows-
Nathaniel Sprague of Duxbury, Mass. was born in 1748: mar. in Pembroke, Mass.,July 19,1770 Hannah Ford, and had seven children, all born in Duxbury. Now- if you notice one of the dates concerning Nathaniel Sr and Hannah HAS to be a misprint. If Hannah died in 1916 at age 75 then she wasn't born until 1841 and is 93 years younger than her husband!
