Luther Keene, of Unity, Me married Lydia Hopkins of Nobleboro, ME 1817 Nobleboro, Lincoln, ME. He first clerk of Milo in 1823. Seeking his parents and burial location

William is son of David Hopkins (1727-1796) & Jane Simpson (1735-1775), son of Solomon Hopkins (born England, Ireland or Wales and died Sept 1761. New England Families, Genealogical and Memorial: by William Richard Cutter - New England - 1915 ... Page 281 (google books)
Solomon settled in Newcastle before 1735 He was a soldier in the french and Indian war in 1761, David Hopkins of Newcastle was appointed administrator Sept 11 1761. In probate of his estate the ch. of his son William and of his son Solomon are mentioned.
