I'm a descendant of Tileston SNOW of Atkinson and Brownville, ME. I checked the book, _History of the Family of Benjamin Snow_ by Owen Wilcox, 1907, (Tileston was Benjamin's son) and found no Stephen or Moses Snow. If you find a connection, I have lots of documented information on my Snow family, which descends from the immigrant Richard Snow of Woburn, MA. Tileston Snow married a Nancy Heath, a daughter of John Heath and Rachel Kenfield. They lived in Atkinson and Brownville and about 1856 settled in Wright Co., MN. They are buried in Big Lake, Sherburne Co., MN. A Heath cousin told me that Tileston is connected to the Milo Snows, but I don't know how.
