Birchville, Maine (possibly an old spool mill town)

I'm looking for general information on a town or railroad stop that may have existed on the Bangor and Aroostook Railroad called Birchville. Perkins and Danforth had 1,500,000 ft of land for sawing spool wood there, but I have no other info. Could anyone help?
