Update--ancestors finally discovered
Subject: Thomas J. Page of Dexter, ME

I came across your post on genealogy.com from about 5 years ago requesting information on Thomas J. Page born in Dexter Maine in 1813.I am a descendant of his through the following line:
Thomas J. Page (b.1813) >>> Thomas Page (b.abt.1857-1860) >>> Joseph Page (b.1890) >>> Albert Page (b.1911)
>>> Living Page >>> Living Page >>> ME >>> My Son
I also am working to find out how far back I can go. I found what I believe is his obituary here: http://www.abbott-library.com/readobit.php?obitid=6688.
It lists his parents as "Moses and Aurelia", but I believe her name is "Amelia" and was transcribed wrong. I have a Page family reunion letter from 1986 that lists all of Thomas J. Page's children. If you want, let me know and I will scan it and send it to you. If you found anything that I don't know, I would appreciate it if you would pass along to me.
I did recently get in contact with another descendant of Thomas J. Page that lives in Caswell Maine. She sent me some info as well. Thomas J. is buried in Ft.Fairfield Maine per this lady, so I think the above obituary is correct. I am going to see if I can get a picture of his stone.

Died 12 21 1890 Fort Fairfield, Maine
In our death notices will be found record of the death of Thomas J. Page, in Fort Fairfield, Dec. 21st, last. Mr. Page was formerly of Dexter. He was a son of Moses and Aurelia Page and brother of Jeremiah and Snow B. Page. He will be remembered by some of our older citizens.
