Cemeteries in Hermon and other info needed.

Can anyone tell me where Snows Corner Cemetery is located in Hermon? Also, where the Patten Cemetery in Hampden is?
Isaac Webber, Sr. and his wife Rachel (Walker)built a house at the end of the Klatt Road in Hermon, ME. The land bordered on the shore of Tracy Pond, which empties into Hermon Pond. The picture of it is on the 1914 Centennial Souvenir, History of Hermon, it is also on medals and lapel pins. Any ideas as to where I can get ahold of these things?
Eleazer and Polly Webber cleared land and built a house a short distance from Hermon Corner, Hermon, ME on the way to Hermon Center. Families who have lived in the house include the Irvin Simpsons and the Ernest Overlocks. Mrs. Overlock sold the place to Adrien Jones in 1968. In 1975 the Webber place still stood in fine condition. Is the house still there and an exact location would be helpful.

Any info provided is greatly appreciated.
