Richard,
I looked in the 1900 Census for Hermon and didn't find the family there. Who knows where they might be? I also checked Annis for Hermon, There were familes there, but no Blanche
There is no 1890 Census for the US. Most of the records were destroyed in a fire. There were a few scattered remains, but nothing that most of us can use. Usually just Veterans Schedules (Civil War vets)
