Hi Joyce,

Parents Jacob Wakefield 1766/1767 to Oct.8, 1836 and Hannah Hill Wakefield 1766-Dec.20, 1848 (both buried at Brownfield cemetery...I have photos of their headstones)were the parents of the following males:

Jacob Wakefield 1794-1858 (married Sally Smith, Rachel Farrington)

John Wakefield 1797-1870 (married Mary Clark)

George Wakefield born 1803/1805 (married Eliza Clark)

Henry S. born ~1819-June 23,1861 (married Elizabeth Cressey)

Benjamin Wakefield born 1821-1900 (married Lovina Palmer, Ruth Perkins Kennerson)

Then, somewhere in the above mix OF MALE CHILDREN...I believe (THIS IS WHAT I'M TRYING TO PROVE) A FEMALE CHILD WAS BORN BY THE NAME OF HANNAH WAKEFIELD (married Jacob Linscott and they had Sarah Ann Linscott who married Oliver W. Hurd.

~ Adine from Stockton, CA
