Please search for them at www.familysearch.org
There are transcribed birth records for both of them in the IGI, Jeremiah b. Bridgton, Lucy b. Lovell. Charles in 1850 is Jeremiah's brother according to the IGI. The IGI source is microfilmed town VRs. Your nearest FHC would be able to order a copy of the microfilm for your use at the FHC (this process is described on the familysearch site.)
While at that site search for them in 1880 census. They were living in Michigan.
