Willett / Willette / Ouillette. etc. Family 1800's Caribou area

Looking for information on an Archie Willett (or other spelling variation), born Canada, most likely Quebec in Dec 1854. Possible father Samuel.

Came to the US around 1864. Aroostook County Maine. Locations listed as St. Francis, and Caribou.

Birth record or Baptism record would be helpful. He married Caroline (Carrie) Walker about 1885.

Can not find a marriage record. There is a marriage record for same couple in 1919, but they are already living together before 1900.

Any and all help greatly appreciated.

John B.
