Hi Tracy, has a birth for a Gladys Everlyn BOTTING born April 19, 1915 Merrill, Aroostook
Her parents were Edmond Botting and Lottie Palmer
Edmond was born Oxbow, Maine
Lottie was born Merrill, Maine
Edmond was a laborer, Lottie a housewife
Gladys was the 2nd child born to Lottie

There is also a marriage for a Gladys A. Botting and Fred Pelky
Ashland Maine
Nov. 6, 1930

Edmund, age 36, trackman, railroad, born ME father born Scotland, mother born England

Lottie, age 26, wife, born ME father born ENgland mother born Canada English

George, age 7, son

Gladys, age 4-9/12, daughter

James, age 2-10/12, son

Mary, age 11/12, daughter

all children born ME both parents born ME

BUTTING (name as indexed)

Eddie, age 46, laborer

Lottie, age 36, wife

George H., age 16, son

Gladys A., age 15, daughter

James H., age 13, son

Mary R., age 11, daughter

Helen, age 8, daughter

John W., age 7, son

Rosella M., age 5, daughter

In 1940 Fred is living in Ashland still, he is listed as a widower, age 40
not children with him

in the image the name could be either Butting or Botting and Ford could be either Ford or Fred - a bit hard to read
I could not find either son of Gladys
as husband is listed as Fred, not Wesley, I looked for any child Pelkey child born between 1930 and 1940 Maine but did not find any to fit.

I looked for them in NH in case they were living with Gladys' parents but so far have not found Gladys' parents in 1940.

If you do not have info on Gladys' siblings there are several marriage records at

these show most of the marriages as in Carroll Co. NH

there is a marriage record at for Edmond H. Botting and Lottie Palmer, Aug. 26, 1911 ME
