Hi Peter,

I looked for other children born to Richard and found several, but none of their births show mother's name. I then looked for their marriages and only found one but it does not show mother's name either, so then went to deaths and found

Charles THURLOW (he is one of the children I found in births)
He died 1897, father Richard Thurlow and mother looks like Eurrie TRIPP

hard to read mother's first name The E could be a C so may b Carrie ?

I don't know for sure this is the same Charles born in 1818 to Richard but it may be.
Also not totally sure that the Charles born 1818 to Richard is a brother to your Charlotte but possible. Anyway something to perhaps research more.

I'm sorry I could not find a marriage for Charlotte's father.
Carolyn L
