Came across this info about Albert as mentioned in a Sonoma County newspaper:

Five miners drowned at Table Mountain, near Shaw's Flat, Tuolumne co., while working in a tunnel some 150 feet below, on the 20th inst. They struck through the rim rock of the basin which contained an immense lake of water, instantly the tunnel filled, killing, John SYNOX, Jos. OSBORN, John CORBYON, all Cornish miners and Greenleaf BLUMMER, from New Hampshire and Albert GLASSON of Maine.
