I believe that Cumberland County probate records from that era were destroyed by fire in the late 1800s.

Maine Supreme Judicial Court records are held at the Maine State Archives, but they don't begin until 1820, when Maine became a state:

I'm not sure if Maine holds any SJC records from before statehood. They might be held at the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court Archives:
