I looked at some of the other children of Ivory and Jane from the census. One was Sarah A. Young born c1863. I found her birth record with this information:
Born Middleton, MA 14 Jan 1863 (female) Young, dau of Ivory Young and Jane Young of Middleton, father a laborer born in Sanford, ME mother born in Bridgewater, VT
other Youngs (possible relatives) from the area of Sanford or living in Danvers, Middleton, or Andover were:
William Young & wife Mary Merrill. they have a daughter Mary Lizzie born 1863 in Danvers. Father (William) is shown as born in Sanford, ME (son of Benjamin and Fanny)
Benjamin Young, of Danvers, shown as born in ME, died 1888 Danvers age 77. Parents listed as Richard and Rebecca (born Nova Scotia?).
Benjamin Young married Fanny Hobbs, both of Sanford, ME according to the ME marriage index (no date given)
