Hi Chris
Again thank you for helping with my family history. I figured you're tied to the Kidders through Abigail. The info you posted on Philander is the same that I've for my "lead." I call it that because I haven't seen personally the actual sources of the information, thereby adhering to my standards of being verified.
If it is of interest of you I have Roscoe J. being buried at Fredericksburg National Cemetery, Fredericksburg, VA. He died 3/14/163 at Stafford Court House, VA of fatty degenerative kidney disease. It is said he was originally buried at a place called Douglas' farm and was relocated to FNC.
