The Franklin Journal or Livermore Falls Advertiser might have the obits that you are looking for. Their office is in Farmington, Maine on Routes 2 and 4, the main road through town. I'm not sure their archives are in that building but they can certainly tell you where to find them. Another source would be the Maine State Library in Augusta. They have archived issues of the Lewiston Sun Journal (a.k.a the Lewiston Daily Sun), the Kennebec Journal, and the Bangor Daily News on microfilm. My guess would be the Lewiston Sun Journal would be the one to look in. Good luck!
