I am not sure if this is the person that you are looking for but in the 1930 Waterbury, New Haven Co., Connecticut census there is
Remie Plourde Born ME & so where parents 26, married 3 yrs, fireman in a factory, rents
Mary D, born Canada French, 25
Joseph E 1yr 5 months, Born Connecticut
