The IGI has a marriage record for James W. Blagdon and Susan Poor, 11 June 1848 in Bath:

I also find a marriage record for David Poor and Susan Stinson, 27 Apr. 1817 in Georgetown:

Note that Arrowsic (the elder Susan Poor's birthplace) was part of Georgetown until 1841. Also note that David Poor was living in Bath (the younger Susan Poor's birthplace) in 1820.

As for James W. Blagden/Blagdon's parents, I noticed that a James Blagden and Agnes West married in Dec. 1821 in Alna:

Since the name "Agnes" was chosen for two of James W.'s daughters, perhaps they were named for their grandmother.
