Solomon Barber and Deborah Faxon of Braintree announced their intentions to marry on Dec. 3, 1775 in Weymouth, Mass. (Weymouth vital records)

Solomon Barber and Temperance Hadaway (Hathaway) of Barnstable, announced their intentions to marry on May 20, 1739 in Weymouth, Mass. (Weymouth vital records) The actual marriage took place on Sept. 20, 1739 in Barnstable, Mass. (Barnstable vital records)

Solomon Barber died Dec. 13, 1749 in Weymouth, Mass. (Weymouth vital records)
