Since their marriage is listed in the Maine Marriage Index, the state should be able to provide a copy of the record. You can order a certified copy for $15 from the Maine Office of Vital Records:

Alternatively, you can look up the record on microfilm at the State Archives or any of the other locations in Maine that holds copies:

(Note that occasionally an out-of-state marriage will appear in the Marriage Index, but not appear on the microfilm.)
