Thompsonborough, Lincoln Co., ME - 1800, where was that?

I have tried to find the town name of Thompsonborough, Maine via a Google search and it found Nothing. From an 1800 Census however in Lincoln Co., ME there was a town called Thompsonborough which consisted of several pages of the census. Can anyone here please tell me where this was/is? Is it what is now Thomaston, Maine?
