Can anyone possilby tell me the parents names to Susan Sargent born 1804 in Boothbay ME
Marriage to John Andrews approx 1830-1835 Boothbay ME
Children: Angeline born 1/6/1835
Emma Ashby born 6/31/1836
Euphasena E born 9/7/1839
Martha Susan born 11/2/1839
Elliott Baker born 9/11/1841
Sarah Francis born 3/16/1843
Roseanna (Roseline) born 12/29/1845
All the above children I have found the birth certificates for, and they are all born in Boothbay ME. The only child I can't find the certificate for is Franklin F. Also each birth certificate states only the mothers first name.
Franklin was born 10/5/1847, according to his death record but it has listed as his father John Andrews and mother Martha Sargent not Susan.
The Census records for 1850 exclude Franklin, but have him listed with the family in 1860, by 1870 Franklin is married to a Sarah Louisa Brown.
Both John and Susan were buried supposedly in Evergreen Cemetery Portland ME, but I have yet to find their headstones and the records were burned after their burial in a fire, no new records were ever reproduced.
Any infor would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Debbie
