Matthew Tuck b.Phillips, ME married Sylva Carsy the daughter of Abisha/Abishai Kersey/Kerrcy and his 1st wife Betsey Odell. Sylva/Sylvia was mentioned in the settlement of the estate of Abisha who died at Alna and is buried there. His father Joseph and mother Margaret are also buried in Alna. There was also a son born to Abisha and Betsey but his given name has not been found. Sylvia had a son Warren Tuck who was killed in the civil War at Fredericksburg, VA. Another son was said to have fought for the Confederacy but I have not found any proof of this so it may be that it is just confusion over the death in Fredericksburg. I seek any data on the children and grandchildren of Abisha Kersey of Alna. He had several children by his second wife at Alna.
