Searching for information on Amos BOYD. He was born about 1771 in Ireland and died bef Aug 1828 in Eastport, Washington Co., ME.

Did he come from Ireland with the BOYD's that settled in Boothbay, Lincoln, ME ?

He married a Dorcas, probably in Ireland since one of his first children said he was born 1795 in Ireland.

Can anyone tell me when the BOYD's from Boothbay came over from Ireland?

Any help is Greatly appreciated.
