There is a Joseph Rust of Nobleborough Maine who is son of Capt. Joseph Rust of Ipswich. He married Jane Weeks (dau. of John Weeks). Seems he would be the brother of Jonathan. (a "Lot Rust" in the area is their son). Interesting that Simeon is Capt. Joseph's age. Capt. Joseph was given a land grant after the Rev. War. which is why he migrated to Maine. I wonder if he and Simeon didn't come together to the area -? Simeon married a "Huston" who was one of the first families to have settled in the region.
