Popham Family

I am searching for any information on the Popham Family - NOT Sir John Popham, but another John Popham, from Ireland. He came with his family in 1848 to New Brunswick on a Famine ship. He enlisted in the 13th then 30th Maine Infantry in the Civil War and afterwards was in Kennebec (Chelsea/Vassalboro) around 1890. He had sons John jr., Firman, and Thomas. They were in Aroostook County later on.

Thanks -

Candace Fant
