This is essentially a repeat of a posting from a year or so. Still looking for parents and other family info of my great grandfather, William B. Small, b. 11 Aug 1846, Augusta, ME, d. 21 Apr 1896. Married to Nellie A. Prince, b. 20 May 1854, Portland, ME. He served in the 19th Maine Volunteers during the Civil War.

His father was Ambrose W. Small, b. 1807, Clinton, ME, married to Experience Wentworth, but I have no written proof (yet). Would like to verify this and continue further back, mainly on the Small side. There seem to be a lot of Smalls from Maine but so far have not found a link to this branch.
