Riceville~Buffalo hide tannery~ Baker

Hello! I'm searching for any information someone may have about an old Tannery located in Riceville ( town no longer exists...I believe it may be now Township 29 or 39 ), near Myra, in Hancock County. I do know that George W. Baker was born in Riceville and died in Eddington. This is all the information I have obtained about Riceville so anything you may add will be helpful. There was supposed to have been an entire village , including 100 inhabitants that worked at the Tannery...prior to 1900"s. Any information may be e-mailed directly to and will be greatly appreciated.
