Sarah.

I am descended from John Fitzhenry Tinker s/o Jonathan and Abigail Daws of Tinker Island so I didn't do much research on David. The speculation has been that Jonathan and sibs; David, Eunice and James were descended from Rebecca and that the father may have been a John or Jonathan, but definitive records for that period are a bit scanty and imo this assertion remains speculation until prove otherwise.
BUT If verifiable marriage records have been found for the marriages of John Sr. to Elizabeth and Rebecca that would be great! and would shed some light on to this enigma.

Thanks,
John Eastman
