I'm in search of Col. Daniel Baker who m 31 Dec. 1845 Mary Stewart.
She was the dau of Hugh and Mary (Marchant) Stewart, b 21 Feb., 1788 at Martha's Vineyard.
The Stewart family removed to New Vineyard c. 1794.
Daniel was perhaps b. 1780 at Bristol, MA.
Is this the Daniel Baker who m Elizabeth Prescott May 1803? Mary being perhaps his second wife?
Any help would be greatly appreciated,
