I am searching for the Parents of a Henry W. MURRAY (Murrey/Murry spelled all sorts of ways) (middle name ~possibly~ William), who may have been born in the Brunswick, Cumberland Co., ME area in June 1829.
In Cape Elizabeth, ME in 1852 a Henry W. Murray married a Rachel T. LITTLEFIELD and the record said "both were of Durham, ME".
Well I found Rachel's parents family there, but Not Henry's.
I know that that part of Maine is now in Androscoggin County.
Henry married 2nd to Mary J. HUBBARD in Brunswick, Cumberland Co., ME in 1857. In that record it says Henry was "of Brunswick" and Mary "of Palmyra, ME". Henry and Mary eventually moved from Brunswick to St. Albans, ME and that is where they remained. Henry was a 'blacksmith' by trade. Mary's parents were in Palmyra, Somerset Co., ME.
Mary's parents were Philip Hubbard and Keziah N. MURRAY, which I believe to be related to Henry W. Murray and most likely is a cousin.
I am Hoping that someone here will have info on who the Parents are/were of Henry W. MURRAY.
