122 Monument was also home to Richard Staires and Mrs. Mary Jennings.

In the 1932 City Valuation and Taxes section of the 1933 city dir, there are two listings:
Conti, Assunta $115.92
Conti, Nicolantonio $125.88

These assessments are either real estate or personal property taxes at a rate of $3.36 per $100. To give you a benchmark, one of my ancestors who owned a two-family house in this neighborhood was assessed $120. that year. If the Contis owned 122 Monument, then one of the above assessments who be about the right amount so they may have owned other property.
