I looked in the History of Otisfield and found no mention of Abigail Lary Edwards, although there are many Edwards in it.
I did find A Nathan Morse who m. Abigail Smith of Wrentham, MA. He was b. there, too, in Feb. 1765. He was the son Of Nathan Morse of Wrentham who was m. to Abigail Pond. He died Dec. 28, 1812 AE 78, and she d. Feb. 16, 1812. Both are bur. in the cemetary on Bell Hill in Otisfield.
Nathan, Sr. was in Capt. John Smith's Regt. (Rev. War?)
Abigail Smith was the dau. Of Capt. John Smith and wife Jemima of Stoughton, MA.
One of Abigail's sisters m. Nathan's bro, Joseph. Another sister was Chloe.. the first teacher there.
Hope this helps
