Ubald was living in Van Buren in 1910 with wife "Chistine," 43, b. in Canada. Also living with them was Ubald's brother-in-law, "Isac" Michaud. The 1901 Canadian census shows the same family (including "Issac" Michaud) living in Madawaska (Lower/Bas), Victoria County, New Brunswick: http://automatedgenealogy.com/census/ViewFrame.jsp?id=3730&size=large&highlight=1 Ubald's wife's name looks in 1901 like "Cheristie." Based on their birth dates (9 Oct. 1866 for "Cheristie," 12 Aug. 1877 for "Issac") and places of birth, it appears that the Michauds were living in Grand Isle, Maine, in 1880: http://www.familysearch.org/Eng/Search/census/household_record.asp?HOUSEHOLD_CODE=1880US_4907830&HOUSEHOLD_SUB=1&frompage=5 The 1910 census indicates that Ubald and his wife had been married for 20 years. Their eldest child, Levite, was born 21 Aug. 1890 in New Brunswick, so an 1889 marriage date seems likely. Notify Administrator about this message?
