I think the border was established in 1837, and actually it was only in dispute in the northern part. I can look up New Brunswick census records for you, Victoria and Carleton counties, 1851 onward. Who are you looking for, and what years? Little Falls is between Grand Falls, NB and Perth-Andover, NB. ( I think )
